How to submit

construction: {vectors: [[...], ...]} — integer vectors, all of the same squared length L, every pair with 2·(u·v) ≤ L (at least 60 degrees apart). Score = how many vectors. Scale rational coordinates up to integers. Up to 1000 vectors, coordinates up to 1048576 in size.
